Personal data processing policy of the www.psychologychange.com Portal together with the cookies policy.

INTRODUCTION

What is and what is the purpose of the Personal Data Processing Policy, called the Privacy Policy?

The Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing your personal data when using the Portal: https://psychologychange.com.

It serves your security and clearly defines how your data is stored and used.

  1. WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA?

PC PSYCHOLOGY CHANGE LTD, a Company registered in Cyprus, Company registration no: HE433293, owner of the Portal www.psychologychange.com.

You can contact the Administrator by sending an email to: hello@psychologychange.com.

All data that we, as Administrator, collect is processed under the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

  1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

  • Your name, telephone number, and e-mail address

  • Information about the device you are using, including your IP number (data required for statistical, marketing, and analytical purposes, which is stored as part of cookies, including third-party cookies)

  • Information on the method of payment

  1. FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

  • To schedule an online or in-person consultation with a Specialist and confirm this consultation

  • For marketing and statistical purposes

  • To handle complaints and potential claims

  • To process payments

  • To respond to incoming inquiries via the contact form or e-mail address

  1. WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

  • Specialist conducting the consultation. The specialist also acts as a data controller to process personal data in his/her own right, in compliance with the provisions of the RODO and business regulations.

  • Entities providing hosting and comprehensive IT support services to the Portal.

  • Online payment intermediaries: Stripe, PayPal.

  • Marketing service providers (Google LLC, Facebook) and Video communication: Google Workspace.

  • Accounting office providing accounting services to the portal.

  1. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS, AND HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

  • You have a full right to access your personal data:

    • For their correction,

    • For their removal,

    • To withdraw previously given consents for their processing,

    • To lodge a complaint about the unlawful processing of personal data with a supervisory authority.

Your personal data is stored for as long as you are our customer.

They will be automatically deleted one year after your last consultation.

If you booked a consultation (free and paid) but did not turn up for it, then we also process your data for one year.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data or request its deletion at any time.

  1. WHAT ARE COOKIES, AND HOW CAN YOU MANAGE THEM?

  • The portal uses cookies.

  • Cookies are IT data (text files) that are stored on the Portal User’s terminal equipment and are intended for the use of the Portal’s websites.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can change your browser settings. However, the Administrator stipulates that disabling cookies necessary for authentication processes, security, and maintenance of User preferences may hinder or even prevent the use of the websites.
